The title of this post is made unambiguous by the following reflection: Depth comes from creativity, creativity comes from study. I wish to say that so far this year has not been one of no study.
1 What’s wrong
Some of the values I have in my [[Life Principles]] are as follows:
- Creativity
- Consistency
- Depth
- Persistence
- Fasting
- Sprinting
Some of these are overlapping, some of these are strictly complementary. Some of these are spiritually natural, yet others are disciplinal.
This year I had one goal: Becoming a better game developer. But writing out goals is one way of losing fuel forever.
2 Climb up
The year is not over. There is still time to bootstrap the courage, displine, and delusion. Writing it out – inconsistently – is the way to lose fuel. Writing it out – consistently – is the way to bootstrap fuel.
